Biography

First Assistant District Attorney Lauren E. Sulcove graduated from Temple University's School of Law in 2004, and was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania the same year. Sulcove worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office from 2004 to 2007, where she was specially assigned to the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit.  In June 2007, she relocated to Franklin County in order to marry and reside with her husband, Jerrold.

At that time, District Attorney John F. Nelson appointed Sulcove as a prosecutor in his office, where she specialized in domestic violence and child abuse cases.  In 2013, at the request of District Attorney Matthew D. Fogal, Sulcove was cross-appointed as a federal Special Assistant United States Attorney.  In January 2014, D.A. Fogal appointed Sulcove as his First Assistant.  Currently, Sulcove maintains a full trial docket, supervises the Assistant District Attorneys in the Office, and handles special projects as they are assigned to her by District Attorney Fogal.
