Substance Use Treatment for Veterans

June 9, 2016 - CHAMBERSBURG, PA – The Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol Program (Single County Authority) recognizes that there are Veterans in need of substance use services who struggle to receive them. Franklin/Fulton Drug & Alcohol is able to offer funding for Veterans in need of substance use treatment who reside in either Franklin or Fulton Counties. Funding can be utilized for Veterans to enter into treatment (detox, inpatient rehab, halfway house and outpatient) with a provider outside of the VA Health Care System.
