Heroin Arrests - 12/2/2016

At approximately 0045 hours on 12/02/2016, members of the Pennsylvania State Police and the Franklin County Drug Task Force executed a traffic stop on a 2007 Mercury Milan, at Exit 20, Interstate 81, in Greene Township, Franklin County. The vehicle is registered to Susan Hollabaugh, 1046 Stonybridge Drive, Chambersburg. Hollabaugh was identified as the driver of the vehicle, and the passenger was identified as Kevin Eric Paul, 2250 Lincoln Way East, Fayetteville. The traffic stop was conducted as part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of heroin in Franklin County.
