Special Crimes Detective Arrest

The Franklin County Detective Bureau, in conjunction with Franklin County Children and Youth, conducted an investigation of a report of alleged sexual child abuse, of an 11year-old female. The child was interviewed at Over the Rainbow Franklin County Children’s Advocacy Center.
