Heroin-Related Arrest by Drug Task Force

On October 17, 2018, the Franklin County Drug Task Force and PSP Troop H Vice, while conducting an investigation into the distribution of heroin/fentanyl in the Chambersburg area, a search warrant was executed at Room 218 at the Red Roof Inn (1110 Sheller Avenue in Chambersburg). The search yielded approximately 100 grams of  heroin/fentanyl and U.S. currency. As a result, Daquan Dandre Seabrook, was arrested for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and use and or possession of drug paraphernalia.
