Judicial Center - Construction Fence

Franklin County will receive sealed bids by and through the Franklin County Controller’s Office, Franklin County Administration Annex, 218 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201, for the Franklin County Judicial Center – Construction Fence until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 9:45 A.M. at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office, 340 North Second Street, Chambersburg, PA 17201 during its duly advertised public meeting.
The work includes all material, labor and equipment necessary to provide and install portable chain-link fence to secure demolition and construction site located on North Main Street in the Borough of Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Bid Documents will be furnished by Noelker & Hull Associates, Inc. in a PDF format and can be obtained by contacting Mark Weaver at mweaver@noelkerhull.com to receive access to a Box account to download the documents.
Bid Security in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bidder’s maximum bid is required to accompany the Bid.
Bids shall be submitted only on the provided Bid Form included in the Bidding Documents. While Bidders may make comments to clarify their bid, Bidders cannot change, modify, delete, alter, amend or make additions to the wording to any of the Bidding Documents, including but not limited to the Agreement. Unauthorized conditions, exceptions, limitations, or provisions attached to a Bid may be cause for rejection of the Bid. Any questions regarding the Bidding Documents shall be submitted as Requests for Interpretation and the Bidding Documents may only be modified by Addendum issued prior
to the Bid opening date.
The Franklin County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any or all defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a Bid or the Bid Procedure; and to accept any Bid it deems to be in the best interests of the County of Franklin.
