Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus some additional law enforcement and computer training recommended. Must be able to successfully pass Deputy Sheriff training academy and receive a Deputy Sheriff’s certification. A minimum of six (6) to (12) months working experience as a Deputy Sheriff; prior experience in law enforcement or a legal/judicial environment preferred.
