District Court Administrator Mark Singer Sworn in as PACM President
On Monday, June 7, 2021 The Pennsylvania Association of Court Management (PACM) held its annual conference via Zoom. There were over 100 members in attendance. The meeting opened with remarks by Chief Justice Max Baer and State Court Administrator Geoff Moulton.
During the meeting, association members witnessed the swearing in of the new Board members, including Mark Singer, District Court Administrator of Franklin & Fulton Counties, as the 33rd PACM President.
