The Franklin County Commissioners invite residents to offer feedback and comments on proposed projects and budget for Franklin County’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for fiscal year 2022. A public hearing will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 5 in the Franklin County Administration Building board room at 272 N. Second St., Chambersburg.
Specific details of the proposed projects and budget for the FY2021 CDBG application can be found by visiting www.franklicountypa.gov.
All interested residents, groups and organizations are encouraged to attend this public hearing and will be afforded the opportunity to present oral testimony and/or present written comments concerning the proposed projects, eligible CDBG activities and how those needs may be addressed by the use of CDBG funds. Written comments may be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department at 272 N. Second St., Chambersburg, PA 17201 or by email, planning@franklincountypa.gov. All written comments must be received by Oct. 26.
