The Franklin County Metropolitan Planning Organization (FCMPO) invites the public to participate in an open house to learn more about and provide feedback on expanding the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail (CVRT) from Shippensburg south to Chambersburg.
Residents can offer feedback on possible trail alignments as well as significant destinations – such as shopping centers, parks and downtown areas – they would like to see accessible from the proposed trail extension that would connect Shippensburg to the Chambersburg Rail Trail.
Feedback can also be submitted through an online survey through October 15.
