The draft Franklin County Human Service Plan for 2021/2022 is posted for review on the Franklin County website. The Community is invited to review the Plan and provide comments at either of the posted Public Hearings (July 13 and July 21) or by sending your comments to Glenda S. Helman at gshelman@franklincountypa.gov. The draft Plan can be found under the Human Services – Human Services Block Grant section on the Franklin County website.
