To evaluate, appraise, and assess all properties in regard to taxation, and to explain methods, laws and complications of taxation to general public.
Requirements include:
High school diploma, plus training in real estate appraisal required. 3 years working experience in appraisal of real estate property or 5 years working experience in general contracting or related field. Must have valid driver's license. Must pursue and attain the Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator designation in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania within one (1) year of employment date.
