Requirements include:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus trade school training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting preferred. Six (6) months to one (1) year experience in maintenance or custodial environment preferred. Background in building operational systems, basic carpentry, repair, troubleshooting and grounds maintenance skills preferred.
