2018 Franklin County SERVICE Value Award Winners Announced
The SERVICE Value Awards are the Franklin County Government highest employee honor. Award winners are nominated by employees and chosen by division leaders based on their performance as it represents one of Franklin County values.

The SERVICE Value Awards are Franklin County Government’s highest employee honor. Award winners are nominated by employees and chosen by division leaders based on their performance as it represents one of Franklin County values.
“We are honored to work with such dedicated and talented staff. Congratulations to all the 2018 award winners. It’s because of you that Franklin County is successful in helping so many individuals and families,” said Commissioner Chairman Dave Keller.
The 2018 SERVICE Value Award winners are listed as follows:
Melyssa Flud, Director of Special Services, Jail Administration
STEWARDSHIP 2018 Value Award Winner – Balancing efficiency and flexibility with fiscal discipline, we will seek sustainable resources, practice long-term planning, and be prudent when using resources.
Charles W. Martin III, Human Resources Generalist
EMPLOYEES 2018 Value Award Winner – We will value individuals’ contributions to the organization and provide encouragement, opportunities and resources to support them in reaching their maximum potential.

RESPONSIVENESS 2018 Value Award Winner – We will deliver on our commitments in a timely manner.
