Overview
The Franklin County Human Resources Department provides assistance to county residents and employees in securing, maintaining and developing employment with Franklin County Government and provides overall administration of the benefits program and payroll processing for county employees.

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to support the goals and challenges of Franklin County by providing services which promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect. We aim to provide solutions to workplace issues that support and optimize the operating principles of the county.
