Community Engagement
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has a community-oriented engagement team. This team participates in non-enforcement activities throughout Franklin County and is comprised of various members across all divisions. Requests for this team to appear at your facility or event can be sent to sheriff@franklincountypa.gov.
Car Seat Checks
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has certified child passenger safety technicians available to provide car seat inspection and to teach you correct usage and installation. We provide hands-on guidance for the correct selection, installation and use of the appropriate car seat, booster seat, or seat belt based on age, weight, height and developmental needs. Send appointment requests to sheriff@franklincountypa.gov.
Security Assessments
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, as a service of the community, conducts security assessments for businesses, churches and other governmental entities. Requests for these assessments should be sent to sheriff@franklincountypa.gov.
