Franklin County Domestic Relations is the agency in Franklin County responsible for the administration of child/spouse support enforcement programs. Those programs consist of the following: case initiation, paternity determination, location of absent parents, establishment and modification of support orders, and enforcement of financial and non-financial orders. For more information, visit CSWS.

Scheduled conferences, to establish and enforce a support order, will primarily be handled telephonically. If you or the other party are represented by an attorney, the support conference will be scheduled through Google Meet by telephone or video, as determined by Franklin County Domestic Relations. Please read your paperwork carefully to see if you need to appear by phone, video or in person.

Support appeals scheduled before the Franklin County Support Hearing Officer will be held in person. If you are unable to attend in person, you must seek court approval to participate at the appeal hearing via Google Meet video.

Payments may be made in person at Domestic Relations. However, other methods of payment are still available and are preferred. Contact Domestic Relations for information on alternate methods for making support payments.
