Overview
Franklin/Fulton Mental Health/Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities/Early Intervention (MH/IDD/EI) partners with the community to provide services to individuals birth to age 3, children, adolescents, and adults with a serious mental illness, an intellectual disability, or a developmental delay or autism.
