Overview

Franklin County’s Tax Services department includes tax assessment, which values all real estate and improvements, and tax claim, which collects all delinquent real estate taxes that were levied by the county, a municipality or a school district.

Tax Assessment

The Tax Assessment office values all real estate and improvements in the county. We have both counter computers and property record cards where records may be searched and copies of various forms may be purchased.
