Franklin County partners with rabbittransit to provide shared ride transportation in Franklin County. rabbittransit is a multi-county municipal transportation authority and oversees shared ride transportation in Adams, Columbia, Cumberland, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Snyder, Union and York counties in addition to Franklin County.
How Do I Schedule A Ride?
Customers can schedule rides by calling 800-632-9063. Call center hours are Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday 7:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Stop Hopper
rabbittransit’s Stop Hopper on-demand microtransit shuttle service is available in the immediate Chambersburg area and Fayetteville Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Rides can be booked through the Stop Hopper app or by calling 1-800-632-9063.
This popular service is available to everyone for just $2 per ride. Payments are made in cash, through the Token Transit app, or by credit card with the Stop Hopper app. Seniors ride FREE with a PA Senior ID card.

Veterans Medical Transportation
