Employee Spotlights
Employee Spotlight
Franklin County takes pride in recognizing those employees who have done extraordinary work. Congratulations to these employees on a job well done!
Employee Of The Month
Each month, employees nominate coworkers to be named Employee of the Month. Winners are chosen by the Special Thanks And Recognition (STAR) Committee and formally recognized at a Board of Commissioners public board meeting. The county’s Employee of the Year is then selected from that year’s 12 Employees of the Month.
Franklin County Values Service
At Franklin County, SERVICE stands for Stewardship, Employees, Responsiveness, Visibility, Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Engagement. Each year, employees nominate coworkers for these awards based on their performance throughout the previous year. The county’s Division Leaders then vote on the nominations, and recipients are honored each March on Employee Appreciation Day.
