Juvenile Probation Welcomes New Probation Officer Harley Payne

The 39th Judicial District is pleased to welcome the newest juvenile probation officer, Harley Payne. Harley graduated from Shippensburg University in May of 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is currently working on her master’s degree in forensic psychology at Walden University. She brings experience working as part of a family based counseling team and blended case manager at Case Management Unit, along with prior experience at Abraxas Youth Development Center. Harley is excited to be working as a juvenile probation officer. Please join the Courts in welcoming Harley Payne in her new role as a juvenile probation officer.
