The following intervention services are available to residents of Franklin and Fulton counties.

Student Assistance Program (SAP)

Youth are referred to their school’s SAP team to receive services.

Persons Who Inject Drugs (PWID)

Franklin/Fulton Drug and Alcohol contracts with Keystone Community Health Services, which provides outreach programing and education on the following topics:

  • HIV testing and treatment
  • Viral hepatitis testing and treatment

24-Hour Crisis Hotline

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

If you or someone you know needs support now, call or text 988 or chat at 988lifeline.org. The 988 lifeline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program

The Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to help with each individual crisis situation. No appointment is necessary. Walk-in services are only available Monday-Friday, 8 am to 7 pm. (It is not necessary to check in at the emergency department to visit the Crisis Intervention office during these hours.)

True North Wellness Services

Crisis services are free, mobile and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, on site and in the community to anyone in Fulton County.
