Case Management

Franklin/Fulton Drug and Alcohol case management services provide comprehensive support to individuals seeking recovery and treatment. Services offered are:

Screening and Assessment

All individuals seeking Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services will be screened to identify their needs. When appropriate, they will be referred for a Level of Care Assessment (LOCA) to determine the most appropriate level of support and treatment.

Case Management and Resource Coordination

Franklin/Fulton Drug and Alcohol (FFDA) offers comprehensive case management services to individuals with Substance Use Disorders, providing consistent support throughout their recovery journey. FFDA coordinates all services, ensuring that everyone receives the assistance they need, even if they choose not to participate in case management.

FFDA’s goal is to provide seamless and supportive pathways to recovery, addressing all aspects of an individual’s needs to promote sustainable wellness and self-sufficiency.
