Due to the recent storm, Franklin County Government offices will open at 11 AM today, Tuesday February 2nd.  The Tuesday, 2/2, court proceedings scheduled in the morning will be cancelled and rescheduled.  Court scheduled for the afternoon will proceed as planned. Essential personnel should report to work as scheduled.
