The Franklin County Procurement Department is responsible for navigating complex regulations while overseeing the sourcing, purchasing and management of goods and services for the county. Procurement works with county departments and operations in soliciting bids, quotes, proposals and information as well as ensuring compliance with numerous regulatory requirements. The department manages processes to ensure that procurements are completed in an ethical, competitive, open and fair environment.
