County Announces New Human Services Administrator

September 21, 2017 - CHAMBERSBURG, PA - The Franklin County Commissioners announce the hiring of Stacie M. Horvath as the new Human Services Administrator. A Johnstown native, Stacie graduated from Greater Johnstown High School and completed a Bachelors’ of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She also has a Masters’ degree in Health and Human Services and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Both were obtained from Mt. Aloysius College in Cresson, PA.
