The Finance Director ensures compliance with DHS contractual obligations and regulatory compliance pertaining to financial aspects of the program by developing, implementing and maintaining methods and standards that measure and monitor the BHMCO’s, other subcontractor’s and Tuscarora Managed Care Alliances’ performance. The Finance Director will serve in advisory capacity to TMCA’s Executive Director and TMCA Board.
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Four years accounting experience, preferably in a health, human service, and/or governmental related field, OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
