2024 Presidential Election Notification
The Franklin County Board of Elections will reconvene on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the Multi-purpose Room of the Franklin County Administration Annex, 218 N. Second St., Chambersburg to begin to conduct the statewide mandatory recount of votes cast in the Presidential Election held November 5, 2024 for the position of United States Senator.
Pursuant to 25 P.S. § 3154, "A candidate affected by the recount and recanvass may be present, in person or by attorney, at the recount and recanvass. A party or body affected by the recount and recanvass may send two representatives to the recount and recanvass."
On Monday, November 25 at 3:00 PM the Franklin County Board of Elections will review all ballots with overvotes, undervotes, or marginal marks in the Multi-purpose Room of the Franklin County Administration Annex, 218 N. Second St., Chambersburg.
