Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)
PATH can assist with:
• Payment of security deposit for a new residence
• Payment of one month of back rent to prevent eviction. PATH cannot assist with payment if more than one month of back rent is owed.
Qualifications:
• Documentation of a serious mental illness
• Documentation of sufficient income to maintain rent on residence
• Homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness
