RFP for Recovery Liaison

The County of Franklin, PA is requesting proposals from agencies capable of providing Recovery Liaison services working with Franklin County Law Enforcement and the Franklin County Overdose Task Force. Agencies currently working in a professional capacity to serve individuals struggling with substance use/co-occurring disorders will be considered for reimbursement of up to $68,710/year if they fall within the guidelines set forth in this application. A selection panel will determine the successful recipient, based on the quality of the proposals as determined by the section scoring and the ability of the applicants to meet the needs of the project. County staff members, inclusive of the DA’ office, Franklin/Fulton Drug and Alcohol, and Grants Management comprise the selection panel. The awards will be announced July 18, 2019.
