Certified Recovery Specialist RFP

The County of Franklin, PA (“County”) is requesting proposals from agencies capable of providing a dedicated Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to work with participants placed in the Good Wolf Treatment Court (GWTC) by meeting the guidelines set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). A selection panel comprised of GWTC Planning Committee members will determine the selected Proposer of this RFP to meet the needs of this project. The award will be announced December 16, 2019 and funding is anticipated to begin on January 1, 2020.
